Elena enjoys collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop and implement highly efficient complex enforcement strategies that combine various legal actions. She is experienced in IP litigation, the proceedings before the state enforcement agencies, the customs border registration and unfair competition proceedings.
Elena has considerable experience of anti-counterfeiting work and complex assistance for multinationals of various kinds of industry.
Prior to joining ADVANCE PARTNERS Elena worked as a leader of legal practice team at one of CIS-based intellectual property law firms and as in-house counsel in pharmaceutical industry, catering and hospitality, construction, entertainment and Internet retail sales. Her professional experience also includes pro-bono assistance to non-governmental organizations that protect the rights and assist national minorities in Ukraine.
