Maksym is an experienced Ukrainian IP lawyer best known for his custom solutions in resolving of a wide range of issues related to trademark and industrial design prosecution, pretrial settlement and dispute resolution. He has achieved great results for the clients of all sizes in overcoming of provisional refusals of trademark protection, objections against trademark protection, availability searches, representation of clients before the Appeals Chamber of the Patent and Trademark Office, enforcement of IP rights.
