Client: a global coatings group and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of paints and protective coatings, operating in over 150 countries.
Our approach
One year of pre-litigation negotiation with parallel evidence collection across all channels. Once settlement efforts were exhausted, we filed a comprehensive claim with the Kyiv City Commercial Court.
Outcome
The court of first instance granted all claims in full (02.12.2024). The Court of Appeal upheld the decision. The judgment has been fully enforced and executed.
