Martial law was first imposed in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and is currently in effect until August 23, 2022. On March 1, 2022, the Ukrainian IPO published a notice informing attorneys, applicants, and IP owners that the IPO continues to operate to ensure the smooth functioning of the intellectual property system. Thereafter, on March 4, 2022, the IPO published a notice that its Board of Appeals had suspended all cases. On March 21, 2022, the IPO published another update regarding IP prosecution under martial law. The
