Oleg Zhukhevych, Managing Partner of Advance Partners IP law firm, took part in a Round Table dedicated to Protection of IP rights on the Internet.
The Round Table was launched with close involvement of IP judges of Kiev Commercial Court of Appeal and the Competence Centre that manages Ukrainian segmented Internet address space.
Speaking of last tendencies in court practice related to IP infringements on the Internet, Oleg revealed the most problematic issues as to the infringer’s identification, fixation of facts of infringements and proving the fact of infringement before the courts with reference to the recent court decisions and his own expertise.
