The President of Ukraine signed the Law “On introducing the amendments to the Сode of Commercial Procedure of Ukraine, the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure and other legislative acts”.
The draft law was developed by the Judicial Reform Council into account the recommendations of national and international experts. The document is aimed at bringing Ukraine’s legal procedure in a compliance with the best European and international practices. This is the most significant reform of the procedural law over the last 26 years.
